Q.
My daughter is one year old.. still she is not sleeping at night . she will wake up every two hours .. sometimes even every one hour she will wake up... morning she will not sleep much. still she is in breastfeeding. Is this normal or something to concern about?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom the pattern would change and now that she is one year now you can give her all usual family foods , and major part of her diet should be solids .
And now animal or plant source milk which is preferred can be introduced to her
