My daughter is one year nine months her teeth are brown spots and small pieces are coming out what is causing this.

You may consult the dentist ones regarding the situation usually it happens when you do not contain proper oral hygiene by brushing twice in a day but sometimes it could be due to other reasons as well so need to be more sure you need to consult dentist for that
