My daughter is now 4 years and 8 months old, and now adult teeth are coming in. Is it causing any problems?

A. So I hope the milk teeth have fallen down and after that this is happening so if the milk teeth are falling and the new teeth are coming it’s absolutely alright because any time after the age of 4 1/2 years teeth can start to fall and new teeth can come
