Take your child for grocery shopping, so that your child gets interest in food. Talk to your child while feeding, explain the food that your baby is eating. Avoid use of gadgets. Don’t force feed.

engage child in outdoor activities like playing jumping dancing swimming football cycling skipping jumping
let child be hungry & demand food
