My daughter is of 2 years and 9 months. She is having rashes and sometimes she itches them too. I have tried Calamine lotion but it's not working much. Please suggest what should I do.

you can apply anti rash cream to the area..use any kids brand like Himalayas or Johnson's..
otherwise consult with your pediatrician or any skin specialist for proper evaluation of this condition

Maintain hygiene keep baby’s surroundings clean and dust free
Apply coconut oil or olive oil
Apply calamine lotion twice daily
Wash area often with lukewarm water
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
