My Daughter is of 10 months old. Yesterday we had travel around 100kms with her. From yesterday midnight she is having mild fever. Is it a sign of teething or anything else we are not able to find out. Pls suggest

A. good evening I would request you to please check for symptoms of teething for example if you are child is having problem of loose motions lack of appetite there might be swelling in the gums
