my daughter is now days really cranky and irritated all the tym sometime she is super active sometimes not ...and don't want to study atall...what shud I do

A. hi please make sure your child takes enough sleep and food both. please get her hb level Checked. give Healthy diet. encourage her by giving food items with different taste and different texture. limit her salt and sugar intake spend quality time with her limit her screen time.
