Q.

my daughter is now 3.2 and her weight is not much good she is very thin her hands and legs are very thin what should I give her to make her fit and little much chubby!!!???

A. Hello good afternoon !! Baby weight ?? The ideal weight should be 14-18 kg . If baby is active,achieving milestones then dont worry about weight.. Some might look lean but have bone weight,muscle strength. Protein rich,fat foods - Full fat milk,curd,ghee,butter,cheese,paneer,tofu,egg,meat,dals nuts,seeds helps in weight gain,muscle strength ... Daily dal (legumes or lentils/egg/paneer along with nuts ,banana ...)
