my daughter is not eating fruits how to make her to eat fruits . I didn't understand how to make her to eat plz help me on it she is 5yer 7months old thanks you sir/ madam

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello father she is quite old now .. introducing the child to fruits happen since the baby was 5 months onwards so That they build in the habit . You can try out juices, or in custard or make some popsicles , cut them into different shapes and forms to look it interesting, you need to educate her on importance of fruits .. teach her some rhymes , sing along , tell stories around it , have play games made around it
