my daughter is not eating anything.even I am making her favorite dishes she is not even eating yesterday she did not eat even a bite of food when I bring her plate she is saying I am getting poop but not pooping what happened what should I do

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. most of the times be children will be passing this stage of not eating food properly for a few days you can do neopeptine syrup to the baby 2.5 ml 2 times a day give plenty of fruit juices
