Q.

my daughter is not eating any veggies what should we do? she is 5.5years old now and her eyesight is 6/12

A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements like iron supplements and frgmultivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

You have to explain it to the child how important it is to eat all kind of vegetables and healthy diet and if your child is not going to eat the overall growth is going to get affected so you will have to explain it to the child that your height is going to remain shorter than other kids and then you know you’ll have another issue is whatever you can think of to talk to your child and explain the good and bad is of a thingWrite Your Answer Here
