Q.

My daughter is not At all eating rice, roti or any solid food in breakfast lunch or dinner. she is denying all solid foods and only consuming milk.. She is always active but we are worried on her growth as her weight is still 11 kgs now... Any tip to increase her hunger.

A. add ghee, it can be used to increase appetite. give her very small amount of warm soup around meal times to support digestion. give her all family food in small amount more often.
