Q.

my daughter is looking leaner from last few days. and not wrong properly as well which she used to do. this is happening from last 10 data. what should I do

A. Toddlers remain active most of the day and it is completely fine if they gain weight slowly as long as they are healthy and active. You just have to make sure to feed her fresh, home cooked foods which should include variety for full nutrition like rice, legumes, eggs, chicken, fish, green leafy vegetables, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, milk shakes with dry fruits, fresh juices, buttermilk, paneer, coconut water, curd, ghee alongwith 500-600 ml milk daily.
