This shows infection. Please visit nearby paediatrician for proper check up and further follow up. Do wash area with plain water and don't apply anything without consulting paediatrician dear.
Maintain proper hygiene. Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc
