My daughter is having slight redness in right eye for past 3 days, shall I consult paedetrician or eye advice.. Any suggestions wil be helpful. Thx, Vijay

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Eye Redness is commonly seen because of some allergic condition , infection or any trauma which needs proper examination. if it is associated with some discharge it could be infection but no self medication should be used.
if the baby is continuouskly rubbing the eye or there is any swelling it indicates irritation and inflammation for which you need to you getlo your baby clinically examined so consult your doctor once.
