my daughter is having growing pains in her legs. how can I relieve pain in her legs?

A. I have consulted mny doctors nd done all tests nd scans but there is no problem nd all are good .Dr said it's a growing pains nd there is no medication for it.

A. growing tension normal part of growth so do not worry about this just make sure that you give your baby a balanced nutrition and a good diet also check for any deficiency

A. Hello ma’am Just heat mustard oil or little and give a good massage to your child on the legs for at least 15 to 20 minutes to half an hour as per your comfort and make your child sleep for a while after that probably once your child wakes up your child will feel better but still if the pain continues you can consult your doctor give a painkiller but do consult your doctor for a checkup also because this kind of a pain is definitely not good at this age
