how can i get relieve from my leg cramp. due to pain in legs i cant sleep at night sometimes i also have back pain.

So more queries and dotubts can be cleared after discussing . Also online consultahjtion can be taken here which can be more favourable for clearing the doubts .

Take your post natal supplements on time everyday as prescribed by your doctor as long as you continue breastfeeding your baby. Consult your doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice.
