My daughter is having dry cough and runny nose for few days.Which medicines should be prescribed.Her age is 17 month and weight 10 kg

instead of Medicine ,I advise to apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child.
keep your child well hydrated
give Luke warm water to drink
you can give mixture of honey and ginger in one tsp quantity twice in a day.
