my daughter is having cough and cold from last 15 days we have given her many cough syrups we have given her antibiotic also along with cough syrup but still cough and running nose is not getting better when she is coughing sounds like congestion but she is active and no fever what should I give any remedies plz suggest

you can give your child sitopaladi powder with honey twice a day and steam inhalation too, it will help to reoive from congestion.
