Q.

my daughter is having a constipation problem. she can't pass stool easily. and mostly takes a gap of almost 2-3 days. Also sometimes we use Dulcoflex as a lubricant when it becomes unbearable for her to pass the stool. i want to get rid of this method. pls suggest what kind of food should i give her.

A. See 6 to 8 months is a very common problem with kids but you know if you keep breastfeeding them nicely maybe with proper hydration in the body this problem will be sorted completely and some kids don’t even pass motion for 5 to 7 days certain times but that is also considered completely normal
