Q.

Aku is suffering from constipation he has pain ,and stool does not come out easily it takes about 2 hrs

A. When you start giving food to the child from the age of seven months onwards we recommended to use plenty of fluids and fibres in the diet so in this age also where your child is and you just have to do the same thing add plenty of fluids and fibre which is beneficial
