Q.

My daughter is almost 4 .. But I m still having excessive hair fall as such that my hair is thinning rapidly... Can it be due to some hormonal changes?

A. Hello, your baby girl is 4 years old and still now you are having a great hair falls so you should eat al type of vitamins and proteins and use virgin coconut oil daily

A. Postpartum hair fall is completely normal with women see you should take iron and omega-3 supplements along with that you can prepare their onion and coconut oil at home you can easily find a recipe online on YouTube and that’s what you can apply three times in a week at least
