More than allergy it is looking like some kind of a patch that has been buildup in to that area but actually due to shadow things are not very clear in to your pictures of I was just advise you currently that you can go ahead with applying calamine lotion and if needed please check with your reading Dr Dil help you with the right kind of treatment for the problem
