Q.

#my daughter is 9month old .how much sunlight is requires in winters for babies and old people says dont expose your baby too much in sunlight their color will be permanently dark..is it true or just a myth

A. hi parent you can give 15 to 20 minutes sun light exposure to your child please avoid harsh sun light exposure it is very important for child bone growth it is best source of vitamin D3
