my daughter is 9 years 11 months, and she started her first menstrual cycle. is it okay? pls tell me what precautions and diet have to give her.

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 months agoA. It is a bit soon for the child to attain menarche. You can consult the pediatrician just for a detailed examination to see if there are any symptoms of precocious puberty. As Such there is no need for any special diet during this time just teach her about menstrual hygiene
