My daughter is 8th month old weight is 6.5 kg birth wieght is 2.3 kg. she gained only 200 in last month

Which should be a minimum of 400 to 500 g in a month so which is why I would definitely your child is not gaining appropriatelyas a child should be gaining so I would recommend you to check with your doctor ones they can help you with a proper diet plan and supplements to go for
