Q.

my daughter is 8 months old...how can I judge wheather m giving too much to eat to her, also wanted to know what much quantity I can give to her and how many times I can give her solid.

A. if the weight gain of the baby is according to the age then you should not worry you can continue giving a balanced diet to the child but if the child will over feet then you may know it by the lethargy level and also the overweight game

A. U Can give it twice or thrice a day like proper breakfast lunch and dinner and the quantity you give basic one small bowl when you are feeding the child and if your child demands more than give more otherwise stop when your child refuses to eat it could be about 10 to 15 teaspoons also
