Personally I feel normal delivery is much better because you know he is much faster and it is much better that whether there is no such food restrictions and all but in C-section delivery they are going to cut eight layers of your skin and they’re going to stitch you up and all it is going to take a lot of time to heal you will be taking a lot of rest and food restrictions are also there you cannot even even write or you know drive on a lot of restrictions with C-section so always if you have an option go for normal delivery without epidural
