Q.

my daughter is 8 month old, could you tell me how to feed, she's not interest to take food. only interested to breastmilk. what to do? how to increase the intake food habit to my baby?

A. baby's need to see the things and then they learn . so just show your kids you are eating , before ou serve . keep them busy in playing and then feed in between

A. Look a lot of doctors have different opinion on this part where they say that you can add salt and some say that you should not add salt so what happens is when you don’t add salt and spices into the food when you giving totally tasteless and bland food to the child don’t like it but on the other hand if you add salt and spices to the food it becomes flavourful and the child enjoys so if you are okay with it I’m going to recommend you to add salt and spices into the food and if you are willing to give anything sweet to the child you can always replace white sugar with jaggery and dates in this age
