Q.

My daughter is 8 maths old. From last 1 week she is having constipation. She puts lots of pressure to pass the stool. What to do? As per the elderly person of house thinks she drinks very less water that's why she have constipation. Is this the actual due to which she have constipation? Please suggest what to do?

A. hii it usually happens that when babies start solid food they get constipated. Gentle tummy massages and regular tummy time to alleviate your baby’s discomfort. If your baby has already started crawling, it helps in bowel movements if he does a few extra laps. If he has still not reached that milestone, improve his digestion by softly bicycling his legs while he rests on his back.
