Q.
My daughter is 8 and a half months old. From yesterday while she is breathing having a crackling sound. She breaths closing her mouth. She is active in playing, getting her feed and eating. But taking a deep breath. Even sleeping well by rounding around the bed. I am worried about her breath. How long will it be like that.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. it may beany pneumonia . Any pediatrician should examine the baby as it may be some under lying problem with the baby . If fever is there then paracetamol can be given for immediate relief . No any medication without consulting doctor .
