Q.

My daughter is 8.6yrs old n weighs 37.Though she eats more homemade than junk...but likes eating veggies more than roti...I feel she needs to control her diet / weight..Can u provide me the balanced diet chart for her

A. yes her weight is more tgen normal range, what is her height? it will be good to consult a dieticien to fet a proper diet chart for her, ok
