Regular oiling is definitely be going to be helpful you can take any all that you would want to if you ask me I would recommend you to go ahead with using mustard oil that’s the best for the hair and shampoo I would recommend you to go ahead with mamma earth shampoo and conditioner also you can do says both the products are completely sulphate free you can use them
