Q.

My daughter is 7 years.. her milk teeth haven't fallen but two teeth have grown behind her existing teeth in the lower front.. when checked with dental paediatric, the doctor suggested for removal of teeth so that the new teeth would automatically align.. also advised jaw alignment procedure.. Request doctor suggestions from this platform...

A. i also faced same issue. u can wait for few month and see if they fall naturally. but tooth removal can help otherwise milk teeth can catch infection because they will not be cleaned properly. jaw alignment was not advised by my dentist. that can be done at later age. After removal u can wait and let teeth align naturally and later do alignment when child grows up

A. When a permanent tooth is growing behind baby teeth, it reabsorbs the baby tooth's roots, which then causes it to become loose and ultimately fall out. The permanent tooth then takes the place of the baby tooth.
