My daughter is 7 years and 6 months old. Her weight is 20.6–20.7 kg, and her height is 126 cm. Please suggest how I can help her gain weight. She is very thin.

A. Namaste mom some slight difference is acceptable as long as they are active for their age and also eating healthy offer her foods like eggs , lobia, rajma,peas , nuts and seeds, paneer , ghee

An average weight that your child is having so it’s not a problem plus since you’re willing to increase your weight you should also put your child into a good physical activity which will help in increasing the appetite and growth the health and height balance diet because these don’t have much of physical workout so you really need to focus on that for overall development
