Q.

My daughter is 7 week now ..she is having 100.4 fever & 6week vaccine Infanrix Hexa & Rotasure was done on Monday .Is fever considered normal??

A. yes it considered normal No need to worry for pain, fever, swelling after vaccination. Its common after vaccination If baby is crancky , exessive cry, swelling and fever then Give paracetmol drops to baby for 1-2 days Fever, pain will decreases in next 1 -2 days Don't apply anything over vaccination site It cause decrease in the efficiency of given vaccine Cont. to give feed as per demand Keep ur baby well hydrated Keep a watch on urine output Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day Swelling will take it's own time to disappear.

A. Hello, your baby girl is 7 weeks old and she has received hexaxim injection vaccinations and rota on Monday and now she is having a fever so don’t worry give her 1 ml paracetamol three times a day and give frequent breast feeding

A. Hi parent Fever after vaccinations is normal She can be given paracetamol drops as per her weight and age to control fever Min gap between two dose. : five hours max no. of dose : four to five in 24 hours. Keep her hydrated by giving her BM
