My daughter is 7 months old. she is getting watery eyes and yellow colour urine and continue s urines and motions

Hello ma’am If your child is having diarrhoea then it would be better to consult your doctor ones because it could be due to any reason ..f Also if your child is having watery eyes does it has got nothing to do with diarrhoea for that you will have to check did you check with a doctor or a paediatrician and a for lose motions also it would be advisable to go for a course of medication
