See as I know that kids can really have a higher body temperature but till the time it is not fever you don’t have to worry about it a lot of kids can be warm through the day but it is not necessarily fever in different parts of the body can have different temperature at the same time so just to clear your doubt whenever you require just take a temperature with a thermometer
