Q.

My daughter is 7 month's old and weighing 6kgs. She's gaining only 200 grams in a month is it normal or is there any matter of concern?

A. if baby is active and well it's not at all a problem.

A. It Should be a minimum of 400 g every month or more than that but not less than that hundred grams per week is considered quite a healthy weight gain for that matter if your child is not giving appropriate to measure taken advice from your doctor

A. baby must have gained atleast 3 kilos of weight in the last 6 months. this us the normal rate at which babies gain weight. your baby's weight is fine for the age. nothing to worry. she must have lost a few grams also after birth for a few weeks and then started gaining. this is normal.
