my daughter is 7.5 year old is running high fever 102.3 what dose of meftal p is recommended and in how much repetition

A. Hello, your baby girl is 7.5 years old and she is having very high fever upto 102 degrees then you should give her 10 ml syrup calpol 250 at every 8 hourly then consult with your paediatrician
