my daughter is 6yrs weight 22kg and height 4ft. she is v v thin. she like to dance but in the night her legs pain a lot. her hands are also v v thin compare to others and her immunity is very low. plz advice n guide

A. Hello mom Her body metabolism could be such that she is a very thin or lean person kindly observe even some family genes if so apart from that for her immunity and overall growth give her a balanced diet with high calorie foods but which are nutritious enough give her dry fruits and nuts, milk and products apart from that dals and legumes whole eggs if preferred millets, seasonal fruits and vegetables ,milkshakes, stuff paranthas can be given
