my daughter is 6 yrs old she is under weight and height what food I need to give her and to improve her immunity please help me

A. Hello mom You can give her all seasonal fruits and vegetables which are locally available dark coloured fruits and vegetables are mostly good for immunity ,dry fruits, eggs ,dals and legumes like Rajma Chana are beneficial ragi is very good indeed also turmeric milk can be included in his daily routine ginger and honey can be given once a while
