my daughter is 6 years and her weight is 13.5kg...she is healthy... why is she not gaining weight

A. If your child is six months complete it should be at least a minimum of 20 kg is really underweight I agree that your child may be healthy and active but weight is a very important aspect and approximately 7 kg underweight your child is these things usually happened due to nutritional deficiency so kindly connect with your doctor and start with necessary supplements required by your child
