ExpertRicha SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear good morning do not offer the vegetables in the direct form if the child is reluctant to eat you can prepare sometimes spinach Kabab some vegetable cutlets you can make the vegetable in the dough and prepared for 8 hours out of it sometimes even chapati can be made vegetable pulao will be a good option

you can add creativity as making some creations as you are serving Fruit and vegetables as salads..
give vegetables soups.. add in dal..
