Q.

My Daughter is 6 months running now. she was very very proactive and made sounds laughed with a sound and sang songs (making "aaaaa" by sound) for atleast 15 minutes continuously. She is currently very silent and only smiles no sounds at all and not so expressive like before. should I be concerned.
