My baby is making sound while breathing bcz of cold His stomach always makes sounds while feeding him and lots of gas, and he made 5 to 6 times toilet in one night

Consultation with doctor personally , is required because examination of the baby is necessary to arrive on a conclusive diagnosis and prescribe accordingly.
