Q.

my daughter is 6 months old and she has got a very bad diaper rash.. her genitals are completely red and has sores spread to both her thighs ... which cream or ointment should I use??

A. Use B4 nappy cream/ siloderm. In case of infection you need to add other mL creams as well. Change diaper brand/ avoid diapers. Keep area dry

A. Look if it is just a rash and you are hundred percent sure about it then I would recommend you to apply Boroline antiseptic cream and do not use diapers for now and if they are boil kind of a mood of skin is popping out little bit then you may apply candidate B ointment as it could be a fungal infection as well
