my daughter is 6.5 yrs she has prickly heat like dandruff on her nose, eyebrows and on chin. small dots like dandruff comes over her face during summer and Oct heat. pls suggest we do use cetaphil soap and lotion for her as skin is to dry. thank u in advance

Consult paediatrician or a dermatologist for a proper medical evaluation and treatment plan for the baby.
