Q.
My daughter is 6.5 months old. From second month she poops once in eight days. But during last two poops, she is crying very loudly during passing stool. What should I do? Is it normal pooping once in eight days? She is on breastfeeding, also we have stated liquid diet consisting apple juice, liquid cereal, etc. please help as she is facing tremendous pain during her poop.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. no need to go for blood test just treat the constipation and the child will be fine you can offer papaya banana and meet your doctor if it is not improving for constipation medicine
