Q.

my daughter is 5yr 5month old .she has been vomiting at 2 or 3 am after eating food at 9 pm in the night..and have no other symptoms after vomiting she sleeps as usual ..it has happened many times..is this a serious problem ..pls reply

A. You should make sure that you maintaining a gap of at least three hours in between sleeping time and dinner time so I don’t know what time does your child sleep but dinner time is very late for your child your child should have dinner by seven in the evening so even if the child is sleeping by 10 in the night the child is going to sleep comfort because the food that will be digested 9 o’clock for a five year old child is generally very late
